Who writes the blog?

As a Neurologic Music Therapist, Developmental Specialist and a MOM, it is safe to say that this blog is about music and kids! As a music therapist, I work in a variety of settings and with a variety of individuals with a wide range of needs. I own and operate Developing Melodies, a private music business offering music therapy services, music lessons and consultation services. I believe that every child should have access to music, either as a means of learning a specific skill or meeting a necessary goal. This blog serves as a resource for parents who want to bring music to their young child and for therapists and educators looking for new materials or adaptations to already successful interventions. I hope you enjoy reading it all!
