Rhythm Camp is an interactive music making experience!

Rhythm Camp offers participants an opportunity to make music, socialize, learn and grow all while having fun! This curriculum is designed for school-aged individuals and includes music activities including, but not limited to, structured instrument play, ensemble participation, rhythm games and movement activities.

Students taking part in Rhythm Camp will:

• Participate in a group music making process promoting socialization among peers (making new friends along the way)
• Be given opportunities for self-creation, improvisation, and leadership
• Participate in music activities promoting physical activity
• Be exposed to a variety of music games from a variety of cultures
• HAVE FUN!

Bloomington’s camp will take place at the Lincoln Leisure Center, located on Lee Street, just south of Downtown Bloomington.  Bloomington participants will register through the Bloomington Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department (by clicking the orange link below).

Minonk’s camp will take place at Fieldcrest South Elementary School, located on Johnson St. in Minonk, IL.    Minonk participants will register through the green link below!
